Life is very hectic; we are pulled in multiple directions all at once, often with little time just to be. I wanted to create a space where women can take a moment. To offer a range of treatments and workshops to show you what you can do to support your wellbeing.
At Positive Vibrations Wellbeing, we know how important it is to work with the body's natural rhythm, to offer the opportunity for a reset, to explore a range of holistic practices that help you to support a healthy immune system,and to help you to bring peace and calm to a busy body and mind.
Chakra Balancing Massages for Women
My massage offer is one centred around relaxation, to offer you a space to come and truly unwind. As part of the treatment we look at breathwork and connecting with your chakra's at the beginning of each session. Using my crystal and brass singing bowls and breathwork together to help you find focus, conneted with your innerself and help you to begin to relax. We move into a relaxing aromotherapy massage that will be tailered to your needs. Then at the end of the massage i play my soothing vibrational instruments while you relax and let your body digest all that you have experienced. My client comment on feeling very relaxed at the end of a session.
Cacao & Cards Sessions
My Cacao and Card Sessions are very informal, we start with a chat and look at what you would like to get from the session. We then have a nice cup of ceramonial cacao, thanking the universe for offering us guidance with the reading. We then choose the cards and start to look at the messages and what that means for you. You will be reading your own cards with my support. Together we can analyse their meaning and look at some goals to set to move you forward. You are welcome to bring your own set of tarot cards or we can choose from selection in the studio.
